Julian Starks，Julian started in Cincinnati, Ohio, in a dance troupe called 'FLEX'. His group won numerous dance contests locally, which got them recognized nationally. That brought him to New York City, where he spent nine years as an established working actor in theater, independent films, commercials and soaps.
