Leo Garcia is a filmmaker, producer, actor and an award-winning playwright and has served as Highways Performance Space's Artistic Director in Santa Monica since 2003 where he has developed and presented over 600 performance works. Most recently, Garcia produced the independent feature, Excess Flesh, a psychological thriller.
