William McCarthy，Born in Biloxi, MS. Grew up in Tullahoma, TN. He attended Tullahoma High School and was slated to graduate in 1983. Incarceration prevented him from graduating with his class and he received a GED in 1984. In 1993 he relocated to Los Angeles where he was introduced to the world of acting but choose to pursue other means of making a living.
