Denise D. Williamson，Denise was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, where she learned the viola and played in several orchestras before opting for more scientific endeavors. Denise received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Sciences from Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges prior to receiving her medical education and M.D. degree from Drew/UCLA.
