Billy Hough, born in Bakersfield, CA, is an American actor, writer, and musician. He is best known for his show "Scream Along with Billy" which he performs with his partner, bassist Susan Goldberg. Hilton Als in "The New Yorker" (Aug 8, 2008) called the show "poignant and beautiful" and Hough "mesmerizing.
