James B. Hendryx，James Beardsley Hendryx was born on 9 December, 1880, at Sauk Centre, Minnesota, the son of Charles F. Hendryx (1847-1935) and Fanny Galt Taylor (1848-1930). His father, who owned and published the Sauk Centre Herald, was thought to be the last surviving member of the first graduating class at Cornell University.
