Al Kamarr was born in Trinidad in 1948. He started out as a farmer when he was 7 and continued until he was 18. He then went to accounting school and graduated from accounting school at the age of 23. Since then, he has been an accountant until the age of 30. At the age of 30, he went to real estate school and has been a realtor since.
