Nickie Morgan was born in Mississippi and after moving around with her family, landed in Austin, Texas where she fell in love with the theatre at the age of 13. After performing in several plays and musicals, she met and fell crazy in love with writer/director Mel House where, like a fool, she moved to Houston to be with him.
