Bill Marcus，Bill grew up in Greenburgh, New York and graduated from Woodlands High School in the Central Seven School district in Westchester County, NY which was desegregated four years before Brown v. Board of Education. Today he divides his time between his homes in Albany, New York , Purchase, New York and Shanghai, China.
