Tamir 'Nokio' Ruffin，Nokio the N-Tity is an African-American record producer from the soul group, Dru Hill, along with Sisqó, Larry 'Jazz' Anthony, Scola and 'Woody' Green Rock. His on-stage name stands for "Nasty On Key In Octave". Nokio has also produced for artists, such as DMX and Capone-N-Noreaga ("Y'all Don't Wanna", 2000).
