King Carol II was born on October 15, 1893 in Sinaia, Prahova, Romania as Carol von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen. He was married to Elena Lupescu, Elena of Greece and Denmark and Joanna Lambrino. He died on April 4, 1953 in Estoril, Portugal.
