Alexander Ortmanns was born on November 21, 1988, in Heerlen, Netherlands, to Heinz and Marianne Ortmanns. In 2006 he decided to join Candida Films where he became the exec. producer on their new short "Too Late" (2007). After studying in Belgium and Florida he started working for The Walt Disney Company in early 2009.
