Felo，Rafael Verdugo, a.k.a "Felo", is a famous Chilean troubadour and comedian, best known by his parodies to Spanish-speaking songwriters. He studied at a School attached to the "Normal Núñez", and later at Liceo Darío Salas. He began to play the guitar at the age of thirteen.
