Niki Aguirre was born on June 18th, 1983, in San Antonio, Texas, USA to parents David L. Aguirre and Miriam Santiago Aguirre. She attended school in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from Ronald Reagan High School and earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a minor in Russian from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
