Joel Fleming was born in 1981 in Frankston, Victoria, Australia. He currently lives in Melbourne. Joel has worked on various radio stations since 1998. Most notably, he formed one half of the "Slapnuts" radio program on 91.5 City FM in Melbourne before the 91.5 frequency became Vega FM.
