David Allan Collum is the father of director Jason Paul Collum (October Moon (2005)). An avid artist who spent much of his younger years drawing and painting, David also had many published poems and short stories. He is the son of poet Roma Lee Collum (Whispers in the Wind, 1993 Watermark Press).
