Timothy Ray West，Was born Kenneth Ray Roberts and was adopted at 6 months of age by Virgil Ira and Pauline West. Tim was renamed Timothy Ray West and issued a second birth certificate. Tim graduated from Southeast High School in 1974. Won multiple debate and speech tournaments during junior and senior years.
