菲利普·马泽蒙巴彻尔，Born in Porto Alegre, Brazil in 1988, he works as a co-director with Marcio Reolon. Their debut feature film Beira-Mar premiered in the 2015 Forum. Their second, Tinta Bruta (Hard Paint), screened in the 2018 Panorama where it won the TEDDY Award and the CICAE Art Cinema Award before going on to be the top winner at the Rio Film Festival with four awards including Best Film and Best Screenplay. Matzembacher and Reolon also direct music videos and television productions including the mini-series O Ninho (The Nest), which was presented in a panel at Berlinale Talents.
