Rena Dor，Started her career in the 1930s as a ballet dancer and appeared on stage alongside divas of that era like Zozo Dalmas. A couple of years later she won her first acting part in a number with Anna and Marika Kaluta. She was named "Rena Dor" by journalist Achilleas Mamakis. In 1943 she met Giorgos Economidis and they fell in love.
