Moisei Goldblat was born on December 16, 1896 in Hertsa, Governorate of Bessarabia, Kingdom of Romania as Moyshe Goldblat. He was a director and actor, known for Posledniy tabor (1936) and Evreyskoe schaste (1925). He died in 1974 in Haifa, Israel.
