Jan Lööf is an artist, author, cartoonist and jazz musician. Among his works as author of children`s books can be found "En trollkarl i Stockholm" ("A magician in Stockholm") 1966, "Morfar är sjörövare" ("Grandpa is a pirate") 1966, and "Sagan om det röda äpplet" ("The story of the red apple") 1974.
