Kevin J. O'Neill，Kevin James O'Neill was born in Sacramento, California in 1957. His father Jim O'Neill was employed as a supervisor of engineers by McDonnell Douglas Space Corporation . After high school he enlisted in the US Army and was assigned duty as a telephone lineman.
