Kevin Wommack has produced writer/director Rosalyn Rosen`s "Why Is The Dog Howlin`, Momma?" (short film) for their company Loophole Films. The film placed in the Dramatic Original Short category at Worldfest (Houston International Film Festival) and was screened at the Santa Fe Film Festival.
