Candace Smith，F. Candace Smith was born in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada and grew up in the tiny fishing/fur trade community of Matheson Island, Manitoba. She grew up desperately wanting dance and gymnastic lessons but had to wait until she moved back to Winnipeg for high school to fulfill her dreams of performing on stage.
