诺艾尔·雷内·贝尔西，Noelle was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to a large family with three sibling, Jeremy, Jourdan and Nalani. Her professional training began when she successfully auditioned into the acclaimed conservatory, NOCCA, The New Orleans Center of Creative Arts. There, she learned from industry professionals.
