Melanie Gilpin，Mel was born in Parma, Ohio. Then moved to Chicago to study improv, and work in the theater. For her last 2 years in Chicago she studied, taught and competed for Arthur Murray Dance, then moved to Los Angeles in 2003 where she continues to work on her TV and Film career.
