Mario Powell was born on the 5th of October 1987 on the caribbean island of Jamaica. He then moved to the UK with his mother to live with his step father and two younger siblings. All of his Schooling was done in London. He attended Highgate Wood Secondary School, Break A Leg Drama School, Gregg City Academy and Enfield College.
