Roody Manlapaz was born in 1931 in the Philippines. He was an actor, known for Ngiti, tawa at halakhak (1976), Milyonaryong gipit (1981) and Rocky Tu-log (1981). He was married to Consuelo Manlapaz. He died on March 10, 2003 in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Luzon, Philippines.
