Per Heimly (born 1972) is a Norwegian Sami art, fashion and advertisement photographer living in Oslo. He grew up with six older sisters in the Sami village Snubba in Evenes, Nordland. 16 years old he picked up the camera, went to Oslo and declared war on the reigning view on photography.
