Dan Bubulici，Dan Vasile Bubulici was born on 4th December 1945 in Zimnicea, an "internal", fluvial port on the Danube river, in the very South of Romania, Teleorman county, but grew-up in Arad, Transilvania, as his father was an Army officer and had to move around with his family.
