Mbong Amata launched her career in the entertainment industry of Nigeria, at the age of 16, as a model; she was crowned as beauty queen Miss Akwa Ibom 2003 and was second runner-up Miss Nigeria 2004. Over the years, Mbong has hit her stride by staying true to her passion of movie making and storytelling.
