Luca Paiva Mello is a two-time International Emmy nominee TV creator and showrunner. As a showrunner he has been in charge of over 180 episodes of scripted television. He started out as screenwriter for TV Manchete in the early 80s and went on to create successful shows for HBO, MTV, Fox, TNT, Viacom and Globo Cable Networks.
