Eli the Chihuahua is a New York City Chihuahua model who won the Milk-Bone "Make Your and Your Dog Famous" Contest and was featured on the 2007 Milk-Bone Small Dog Biscuit box. Eli and his owner Karen Biehl were also featured on the reality show Wingman, which aired on Fine Living Network in February 2009.
