Telisa Steen，A native of the Pacific Northwest, Telisa Steen was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She first began working on her craft while in preschool, playing Rhoda (the heartless young killer), while helping her Father rehearse for a production of "The Bad Seed" that he was performing in.
