Vo D'Balm was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Lived there until the age of 2 years old. Then moved to NY with family where they have lived ever since. Vo D'Balm graduated from North Rockland Highschool Her parents are descendants of Puerto Rico, Spain and Sicily, Italy.
