Joseph Lizura，Joe Lizura was born and raised in New Jersey and attended Rutgers University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Minor in Advertising. Joe's first break in television came by way of a weekend weathercasting job at WANE-TV in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
