Charles Mosley Jr is an indie film-maker, who is a graduate of (HBCU) Delaware State University with a degree in Television Production. Charles grew up in a very small town, Frederica Delaware. From a very early age Charles had dreams of being a story teller but not really knowing what being a story teller meant.
