Nicola Joy is the founder of Hero Talent Group, a boutique talent agency based in Greater London and working internationally. Nicola is a former actress from Pimlico, Central London. Before launching Hero, Nicola worked as a Directors Rep, representing film directors for advertising work, including Matthew Vaughn, Anton Corbijn and Mike Leigh.
