Chuck Bush，Born Charles R. Bush III in New Orleans, Louisiana, "Chuck" grew up in the nearby hamlet of Houma, Louisiana. In 1982 Bush moved to Austin, Texas where he underwent a life-changing experience. On April 3, 1983 Chuck Bush entered a 7-11 in Austin; at the same moment, first-time director Kevin Reynolds was exiting that same store.
