Elba Soto-Quinones，Elba Soto-Quiñones was born in West Covina, CA and raised in near-by Valinda. She began to show an early interest in performance, starting with dance and school plays. She went on to get a B.A. of Theatre Arts from Loyola Marymount University, and since then has appeared in film, television, commercial, and theatrical productions.
