Erin Hutching，Born in New Zealand to an Irish mother and Kiwi father, Erin trained at the University of Canterbury before moving to Melbourne Australia at the age of 21. There she started her own company, Unicorn Productions, creating self devised theatre and film work which toured New Zealand and Australia.
