Pascal Belanger，Pascal was born Joseph Jacques Luc Pascal Belanger in the Eastern Townships in the province of Quebec, Canada. His family moved to British Columbia when he was 10 years old. He was always active in sports and started to develop socially when he discovered he was good at dancing as a teen ager.
