Kelli Breslin was born and raised in San Jose, California. She studied opera and classical vocal technique throughout high school and into college where she majored in Theater. In 2011, Kelli wrote and produced her first screenplay, Nervosa, which was an official selection at the La Femme Film Festival in 2012.
