Joe Mannetti was born in Michigan on April 20, 1962. His family moved from there to New York where he grew up and studied acting. Joe graduated from S.U.N.Y. College at Purchase with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama Studies. He continued learning his craft at H.B. Studios in Greenwich Village, New York.
