Lior Brook-Ray is an Israeli-British independent filmmaker. A graduate of the Open University of Israel, Lior has made numerous short films that have screened for cinema audiences across the globe. In 2010 he formed Hamesh Shekel Films, an independent production company specializing in producing experimental low budget films.
