Praq Rado was born and raised in Albania. Rado has just completed filming Dreaming American based on his life in NYC. He plays the leading role in the film directed by an Emmy Award winner Lee Percy, Executive Producer Oscar Nominated Barbet Schroeder and co-starring an Emmy Nominated Giancarlo Esposito.
