Luba Chan is an American film and television actress, writer, and producer. She was born in Kiev, Ukraine and moved to Los Angeles with her parents when she was four years old. She attended the Performing Arts Magnet in Van Nuys High School and obtained a B.A. in Film and Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
