Scott M. Holden，Scott Holden, spent his formative years growing up in Middle Village, Queens, New York. At age 9 his family then moved to Orlando, FL briefly because of his father's work. However, it was settled much quicker than anyone had expected and after only a few years, in the family moved to north New Jersey.
