Scott McGillivray (born April 7, 1978) is a Canadian real estate investor, financial expert, contractor, television host, public speaker and educator. McGillivray is the award winning host and executive producer of the hit series Income Property, a home improvement show on Home & Garden Television (HGTV) in United States and Canada.
