Jeffrey Wisenbaugh was born and raised in Swartz Creek, Michigan. After high school, he applied and got accepted at Michigan State University where he studied Psychology. In college he got involved in Telecasters. It is a group of students who produce TV content aired on MSU's TV network and other local stations.
